He took us to some beautiful places to take pictures with the mountain and as the day progressed the view of the mountain stoped cooperating with us and we could no longer see it but Hassan tried his best to give us better views, when we decided that it was just not a good day for mt. “This is a tough review to write. Less than 12 hours before our tour, the company let us know our driver was sick. They offered us a refund, the option to reschedule, or a replacement driver with less experience. Since this was our only chance to see Mount Fuji, we went with the replacement. It turned out he wasn’t actually with the company—just a friend stepping in to help. He was kind and genuinely tried his best, but there were some challenges with both driving and communication. That said, I do appreciate that the company gave us options and that the driver made an effort.”
